TraCE stands for Transformation Centre of Excellence.
Transformation Centre of Excellence
TraCE is a company that is limited by guarantee whose mandate is to express the love of God to community through charitable projects, transformative forward thinking trainings and purpose-driven project support for marginalized or less privileged groups in our society.
Transformation Centre of Excellence (TraCE) aims to unlock human potential through leadership training and development initiatives.
Our Mission:
The Trace journey begun as a vision and message from Jesus Christ, to our founder, mother, friend and sister, the late Ms. Winnie Bikaako(RIP) in 2005, and he called her to follow him for the advancement of the Kingdom of God on earth, and he told her he had begun great work in Africa, to transform the nations of the world. He showed her that what was a continent of darkness, backwardness and shame would usher in the glory of God through the advancement of the kingdom of God gospel.
This begun her journey to respond to this vision, through her passion, capabilities and expressed societal needs for improving the wellbeing of the disadvantaged in societies such as voiceless women, children and poor and vulnerable homes.
TraCE’s operations began in 2022 as a training platform that provides a 5-part series of free courses on transformational leadership for Ugandans who are available on Saturdays, are interested in discovering their purpose in life and developing projects that are purpose-driven.
In addition, TraCE has provided weekly communities of practice to provide support to alumni who need services to design their respective projects. All these services have been free of charge to-date. In the first year, training modules on transformational leadership were developed and training sessions were offered intermittently beginning in 2023 through 2024.
Our Model:
Activating purpose oriented projects and actively supporting human capacity building initiatives through the realization of each ones unique individual mandate in societal transformation using the Kingdom of God approach[word & action].
This model shows that each individual has a unique part in the grand scheme of Gods sovereign will through the alignment of their callings and assignments and it further reveals God’s redemptive plan for the world.
Unlike all the other models that emphasise talent and eliminate Gods part in humanity, this model addresses the core of humanity from the makers eyes and manual and headlines an intimate relationship with God and a symbiotic relationship between God and man as the cornerstone and missing link to national and global transformation.
