Communities of Practice
1. Transform Design Community of Practice (COP Design)
We gather weekly as believers every Sunday afternoon 3pm- East African Time, in a blended meeting of both in person and virtual sessions. The aim of this community of practice is to obtain a better understanding of the heart of God and express it in all aspects of our lives. In this meetings we learn about spiritual disciplines, encountering God, parable interpretations etc.
2. Transform Deliver Community of Practice (COP Deliver)
This is a gathering of believers who have already known their mountains of influence after the first introductory course on transformative leadership and the course on reconstructing leadership in society.
These believers attend this sessions to be attain an understanding of the heart of God for societal transformation while identifying the root causes of the issues in society and the most ideal solutions as guided by the holy spirit.
This sessions guide leaders from idea to concept, and finally projects ready to be funded.
3. Transform Reach Out Community of Practice (COP Reach Out)
This is a gathering of believers whose mandate is to carry out pause and reflect sessions that focus on events carried out by Trace as an organisation ensuring that monitoring and evaluation assessments are done in excellence etc.
This team earmarks the improvement areas, impact, synergies, and draw plans for subsequent meetings within Trace or outside Trace.
