We believe in the practical day to day guidance of the holy spirit in our lives and in the operations of TraCE as an organisation.
Apostle Edward Tumusiime
Chief Executive Officer & Team Leader:
He is responsible for the overall leadership of Trace, steering the organisation in the direction that has been guided by the Holy spirit, who is our strategic guide. He oversees the teaching programs in the discipleship ministry locally and internationally.
Apostle Edward Tumusiime is an apostle, teacher, prophet and seasoned lover of the word of God who is committed to the advancement of societal transformation according to the kingdom of God framework.
Apostle Edward Tumusiime also oversees the technical programming wing of the organisation that provides action based solutions to societal issues from the church of Christ to the world as God intended from the beginning.
Apostle Derrick Kiyombo
Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Assistant Leader- Transform Design Community of Practice
Apostle Derrick is a lover of the word of God and plays a very pivotal role in the strategic alignment and guidance of Trace’s vision for the world.
He focuses primarily on ensuring that all programs and projects are aligned to the organisation’s mission and values of the kingdom of God
He also serves as the Assistant Leader- Transform Design Community of Practice.
This community of Practice is what realigns man back to the heart of God for the earth through the kingdom of God framework.
He also monitors the progress of all ongoing projects, actively providing support to upcoming projects in form of mentorship and leadership and also provides guidance in the reviewing of project outputs.
Pastor Juliet Bikaako
Chief Financial & Operations Officer & Team Leader- Transform Deliver Community of Practice:
She is responsible for the operational & financial stewardship of the organisation , encompassing comprehensive budgeting, strategic planning of financial activities and expenditures, and the management of ministry resources and assets. She also maintains coordinates teams within the organisation, and ensures that the events are well planned and executed. She supports staff performance and accountability.
Pastor Juliet Bikaako is an ardent teacher of the Kingdom of God gospel and has committed her life to the advancement of this gospel to the ends of the earth.
She also oversees the Community of Practice tasked to deliver projects to funding level. She leads a team that designs and delivers solutions through the 7 mountain vision, to enable individuals know how to identify and tackle the root causes of societal challenges according to the will of God.
Pastor Julian Tumusiime
Team Leader- Spiritual Interventions
She leads the spiritual interventions team which carries out programs that edify and strengthen the communities within Trace and those that we impact through all our missions and programs outside Trace. These spiritual interventions include: Intercession, counselling, and deliverance sessions etc
She also heads the children’s development segment that encompasses Kingdom of God child programs for schools and non-schools programs etc.
Pastor Mable Kashaka
Assistant Team Leader- Spiritual Interventions & Team Leader- Women’s Ministry
She is a seasoned teacher of the word and is the Team Leader- women’s department and the Assistant Lead-Marrieds department, Her responsibilities also spread into the spiritual interventions team, where she also serves as an Assistant Team Leader- Spiritual Interventions
She is responsible for all the pre-marital and marital counselling engagements, retreats, mentorship, conflict resolution, family union stewardship etc.
Evangelist Asaph Rwihura
Assistant Team Leader - Media, Communications & Missions
He is responsible for the overseeing content management, technical media equipment management, translation services & relaying of training materials of Trace locally and internationally. He also assists in tailored programs for specific special interest groups and hard to reach communities. He is part of the team that implements discipleship, teaching and mentorship programs globally.
He also plays an oversight role in developing and implementing communication strategies for events and announcements.
His immense commitment to this cause enables Trace to advance and oversee the growth of local and international communities of practice and ministries.
Teacher Elvis Abraham Busingye
Assistant Leader – Transform Deliver Community of Practice & Assistant Lead- Transform Reach Out
Tr Elvis Abraham Busingye is a vibrant teacher of the gospel of the kingdom of God and passionate about Jesus’ charge to his disciples about the Great Commission. He guides participants through their assignments to funding phase of all selected projects per phase. He supports in the designing and delivering of programs that speak to the heart of God for societal transformation.
He ensures that ensure that participants understand their assignments and are able to contribute to transformative change of nations.
He also plays an oversight role in the guidance of the implementation framework of the Transform Reach Out Inititaives.
