At TraCE, growth does not happen in isolation. God designed transformation is bound to happen in community. This is why our Communities of Practice (COPs) play such a vital role in the journey from purpose discovery to real impact.
There are three main Communities of Practice:
1. Transform Design
A space where believers gather weekly to learn spiritual disciplines, encounter the heart of God, and deepen intimacy with Him. Here, we listen, reflect, study scripture, and grow together.
2. Transform Deliver
This community consists of believers who have discovered their mountains of influence and are now working on building projects. Together, they move from ideas to concepts to proposal-ready projects guided by the Holy Spirit.
3. Transform Reach Out
This group focuses on reflection, evaluation, and learning from the work being done in TraCE. They ensure excellence, clarity, and alignment with God’s heart in every activity.
Communities of Practice are not just meetings. They are families of faith, accountability, and love. They help believers stay rooted in God while working on real solutions to the challenges in society.
