Tribute to Winnie Bikaako also known as Winnie Blessing Favor

Winnie Blessing Favor, a lovely young girl born to Robert and Mary Bikaako, brought joy as the 4th child in a humble family of seven other siblings.
Small in size, with great humility and a competitive nature, she grew to be an amazing person. Very shy and soft spoken, she won the hearts of many at home, school, workplaces and eventually in the community.
She was extremely intelligent that at an early age, Prof. Mahmood Mamdani identified the potential in her being a renowned researcher which she ably did to the time of her demise.
In line with family life, her love cannot be measured- it was priceless, she cared for everyone’s needs, offered an ear to everyone’s outpouring with patience, was a wonderful counsellor to both the young and old not to mention the huge generous heart she carried to satisfy us all.
Her love for all children, even before getting her own, made her the super Auntie the heavens could give. She was a great inspiration with this unique trait, spoiler of children yet a disciplinarian with tough love.
She was a strong-witted woman of purpose and intentional at all times. Little did we know that God had chosen her to be a Woman of great price to transform souls, nations that would later be soldiers in the Kingdom of God. I bless the Lord for Winnie’s life for she helped us to discover the missing puzzle in our lives which was the intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and our purpose as Children of God.
I miss everything about her because I looked to her, though younger than me, for wise counsel and as a partner who always encouraged me in all my endeavours. My hope is that we shall meet in the glory of God but the seed she showed will flourish in us forever.
Is 57: Good people pass away; The Godly die before their time. Rest in Heavenly Peace, beloved sister.
